Reiki Practitioner Ujwala

A companion beside you.

I walk the path of healing as an Usui Reiki Master — not as a guide above, but as a companion beside you.

Healing, I’ve discovered, begins with self-work — listening to your body, trusting your energy, and honoring your own wisdom.

This led me to Reiki — a gentle, powerful practice supporting emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Over the past year, I’ve offered sessions that create space for letting go, restoring balance, and reconnecting with your true self.

Inspired by a quote by Katherine Morgan Schafler — “You don’t heal by changing who you are; you heal by learning how to be yourself in the world” — my approach blends mindfulness and support, guiding you to honor yourself and move forward with kindness and self acceptance.

Whether you’re navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to feel more aligned, I’m here to walk beside you. You are welcome here — exactly as you are.

लोकाः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु

Lokāḥ Samastāḥ Sukhino Bhavantu

May all beings, in all worlds, be happy and free.

And may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some small way to that freedom and joy for all.

My Approach & Values

Gentle by design

Sessions are distant and hassle free.

Attentive presence

I listen closely to what you share and what your body is communicating.

Respect & consent

Reiki is consent and intention driven by the receiver.

Integration matters

Simple aftercare suggestions so shift’s can settle.

Reiki complements, but does not replace, medical or mental-health care. If you have a condition or symptoms, please consult your clinician.

What a Session Feels Like

Many clients report sensations like warmth, calm, tingling, or a sense of being held. Some notice gentle emotional release, clearer breathing, or a deeper night’s sleep. It’s also normal to feel very little during the session — that’s okay; the work can still support you.
