Reiki Terms of Service
General Information
- Reiki is a complementary energy healing practice designed to support relaxation, balance, and well-being.
- Reiki is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Seekers are encouraged to consult qualified medical professionals as needed.
Free Will & Participation
- Reiki works with the recipient’s energy and free will; it cannot be forced.
- Seekers may experience sensations, emotions, or subtle shifts, or may feel nothing at all—this is normal.
Consent
- Reiki experiences are provided only with the seeker’s informed consent.
- When requesting Reiki for another person, the practitioner must have that person’s awareness and permission.
Expectations
- Reiki is not a guaranteed cure or quick fix. Results vary for each individual.
- Seekers are encouraged to approach the practice with openness, patience, and realistic expectations.
Confidentiality
- All seeker information and details of the Reiki experience are treated with strict confidentiality.
- No personal information will be shared without explicit consent.
Payment & Prices
- Prices are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
- Payment must be made in advance.
- Seekers are encouraged to consult with the practitioner before making payment to ensure suitability.
Distance Reiki
- Reiki can be delivered effectively at a distance.
- The seeker’s receptivity, focus, and intention support the practice, but physical presence is not required.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Seekers should provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling, as per the practitioner’s policy.
- Fees may apply for late cancellations.
Liability
- The practitioner is not responsible for outcomes or results of the Reiki experience.
- Seekers voluntarily receive Reiki at their own discretion.
Respect & Conduct
- Seekers are expected to behave respectfully and honestly during Reiki experiences.
- Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour toward the practitioner will result in termination of the practice.
